Abstrakt

Postoperative pain treatment is important part of every operation. Nowadays the concept of multimodal analgesia is highlighted. It means to combine analgetics of different efficacy . The main aim is to reduce  strong opioids  with their adverse events. We sumerized use of analgetics and  methods  in postoperative analgesia.
